Welcome to South India Property Expo. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and participation in the expo, including stall bookings, sponsorships, and event registrations.

By accessing this website or booking a stall for the expo, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. GST Applicable

All stall prices mentioned are exclusive of GST.

An 18% GST will be charged additionally as per applicable government regulations.

2. Booking Confirmation

Stall booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and submission of the stall booking confirmation form.

The organiser reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking that does not meet the required conditions.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm stall booking.

Bookings will be considered tentative until the advance payment is received.

4. Balance Payment Deadline

The remaining 50% balance payment must be completed on or before April 20th.

Failure to complete the balance payment within the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and reallocation of the stall space.

5. Stall Allocation

Stall locations will be allocated by the event organiser based on the stall category booked and availability.

The organiser reserves the right to modify stall locations or layout if required due to operational or event planning considerations.

6. Stall Setup Responsibility

Exhibitors are responsible for stall design, setup, branding materials, and display arrangements within the allocated stall space.

All setup activities must comply with venue rules and the timelines communicated by the organisers.

7. Internal Branding & Display

Any internal stall branding including:

• Banners
  
• Standees
  
• Backdrops
• Display panels
• Promotional materials
  

must be arranged and installed by the exhibitor within their allotted space.

8. Electricity Usage

Electricity will be provided as per the inclusions of the stall package.

Any additional power requirements must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

9. Damage & Liability

Exhibitors will be responsible for any damage caused to the venue, stall structure, equipment, or surrounding property during the event.

Any repair or replacement costs resulting from such damages will be borne by the exhibitor.

10. Cancellation Policy

All stall bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Stall bookings cannot be transferred, reassigned, or resold to another party without written approval from the event organisers.

11. Organiser Rights

The event organisers reserve the right to:

• Modify event layout or stall allocations if necessary
• Change event schedules or timings if required
• Ensure compliance with venue safety and operational regulations
• Deny participation in case of violation of terms or event policies
  
  

12. Website Usage

Users agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
• Disrupt or interfere with website functionality
• Use the website for fraudulent or harmful activities

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

• Logos
• Branding
• Event materials
• Text, graphics, and design
  
  

are the intellectual property of South India Property Expo and its organisers.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

The organisers of South India Property Expo shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Business losses or missed opportunities
• Damages arising from participation in the event
  
  

Participation in the expo is at the exhibitor’s own risk.

15. Force Majeure

• The organisers shall not be held responsible for event cancellation, postponement, or disruption due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public emergencies
• Strikes or unforeseen incidents

In such situations, the organisers will communicate alternative arrangements if possible.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
